Payment and bookings

The checkout quote shows your service, duration, spaces and full total. Payment is required at booking. Choosing a time or opening checkout does not block a space. A booking is created only after successful payment or use of an already-paid eligible credit. If payment is declined or abandoned, nothing is booked. If payment succeeds but the time is no longer available, no booking is created and the payment is refunded. Booking is unavailable while online payment is inactive.

Coaching entry

Ordinary lessons and packages require a coach-completed assessment. Buying an assessment does not record completion. Eligible monthly plans show any first-month assessment and setup charge before you consent.

Monthly memberships

Monthly plans renew at the recurring amount displayed at checkout until you cancel. Stop auto-renew in the family portal. Your current paid period remains available through its recorded end date. Injury and absence pause requests require front-office confirmation; submitting a request does not stop billing.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel 48 hours ahead for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund. Inside 24 hours: no refund.

The scheduled booking time determines the cancellation window. Package and current membership-period refunds require review of the paid period and used credits. The front office confirms the approved amount before processing. Refunds return to the original payment method when available.

Athletes and annual waivers

List every participating athlete and complete a current annual waiver before check-in. A parent or legal guardian signs for a minor; adult participants sign for themselves. Household cage passes cannot be used for team practices.

Accounts and contact

Keep account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Invite another guardian only if you intend to share household records and billing access. Use Contact for questions about access, billing, account closure or these terms.
